The job:

As a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, you will assess warranty claims.

Thanks to your expertise, you will review cost estimates from garages, commission external experts where necessary and ensure that there is proper case documentation at every stage of the process.

The tasks:

• • Assess repair cost estimates submitted by the garages
  • Make a decision according to Terms & Conditions of insurance policies
  • Assign independet engineers to assess vehicles on site
  • Provide technical assistance and answer to question of repairing garages
  • Support process optimization to cope with specific needs of the Danish market

 

The required skills:

• • Degree of car mechatronics technician (m/f) or car technician (m/f)
  • Working experience in a Danish workshop
  • Gladly with further training as a master car mechanic (m/f)
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive world
  • Danish is your mother tongue and you speak fluently German and/or English
